Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of RAPCO’s identity and long-term vision.We believe that sustainable development can only be achieved through ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, human rights respect, and active community engagement.
At RAPCO, CSR is not a separate initiative—it is a core value embedded in everything we do.
1. Education & Future Development
RAPCO Elementary School – Belehjar, Saqqez
As part of our mission to empower children through education, RAPCO inaugurated its second elementary school in Mehr 1401 (October 2022) in Belehjar village, Saqqez County, Kurdistan Province, Iran.
This school was built according to international standards to:
- Improve the quality of education
- Develop new skills and competencies
- Enhance creativity and productivity among students
We sincerely thank Moj-e Mehrbani for their valuable partnership in this project.
RAPCO Technical High School – Ladiz, Sistan & Baluchestan
RAPCO established its first technical and vocational high school in Ladiz to provide practical, skill-based education for youth in underserved regions.
This initiative aims to:
- Promote industrial and technical skills
- Increase employment opportunities
- Support local human capital development
Educational Cooperation with Khuzestan Technical & Vocational Organization
A memorandum of understanding was signed between RAPCO Knowledge-Based Company and the Kharazmi Advanced Skills Training Center (Technical and Vocational Organization of Khuzestan).

RAPCO is proud to have received the Honor Statue at the Fourth National Award for Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability of Economic Enterprises, held on May 22, 2022.
